Exchange & Refund Policy
You may return products to us within 28 days of receipt provided they are unopened, unused and in resalable condition.
We cannot take back individual items sold as part of a kit.
Electrical items such as sterilisers & monitors must be complete with all power leads and accessories.
For reasons of hygiene the Lindam feeding bottle, teats and breast pump are not returnable unless faulty.
Before returning items please inform our customer care line by email or post quoting your order reference number.

You should return the goods to this address enclosing the delivery note.
Once the good have been received and checked we will refund the original price via your credit card. Please note that it takes up to 14 days to process a refund. We are unable to refund any postage and packing costs unless the goods are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranty
Seller undertakes to repair or replace as its option without cost to buyer any products which are shown to buyer to sellers satisfaction to be defective as a result of defect materials or workman shop provided. Should a defect appear within 12 months from date of receipt or earlier, proof or purchase and warranty documentation is required. Products are returned carriage paid at buyers risk in accordance with sellers instructions unless seller considers that repair at buyers premises is appropriate.
